I personally had a lot of trauma from my childhood that I had to overcome in adulthood.

It wasn't until I started to get into EMDR therapy that I realized why I had such a love for both portraits of children and boudoir which is so vastly different.

Fine art portraits gave me the ability to let out my inner child and embrace the innocence of the childhood I wish I still had.

Now, as a parent myself, I want to do whatever I can to build my children's confidence up early on so they have less to heal from later. I don't want them to just survive, I want them to THRIVE in this world.

Not only do we provide a luxury experience for your child or grandchild that is sure to make them feel like a star, but they will be reminded of how beautiful and special they are daily as they see their gorgeous portrait hanging on the walls of their home.

That's a gift that keeps on giving. It's not a toy they'll play with for 10 minutes and forget about later. It's an investment into their emotional well being that will last a lifetime.

I wanted to create something extraordinary for my fine art work. So that's just what I did.

My fine art work is sold as wall art only (with complimentary matching social media sized files because I know we are in a digital era), so I actually will come to your come before we ever do the photoshoot.

I want to look at the style of the home, the color schemes, and take note of any themes that may be important to you to incorporate into our shoot.

We will take measurements and order custom wardrobe for you, plan and purchase props, and schedule hair and/or makeup.

All of this planning helps me to assess what colors for wardrobe we will need, what location would work best, what kind of medium you might like your images printed on, and what framing, if any would compliment your home.

Not just for kids

While it's certainly important to teach our children how to thrive in this world, it doesn't mean that it's too late for us as adults.

Many of us have been on a healing journey and now, more than ever, we are ready to actually experience life to its fullest potential.

We want to thrive, we want to laugh, we want to live our dreams.

We specialize in photos that honor a transition in your life, so of course, fine art maternity is one of our favorites. I can remember being pregnant myself, and was lucky to be able to grab a couple of impromptu photos in the backyard with a family member as "the photographer".

Years later, I have been able to give what I didn't have access to at the time. I'm able to create the finest maternity images your mind can imagine and turn those dreams into reality.
